Purchased items are determined unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Gold Saturn, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Gold Saturn address. Include a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another Gold Saturn purchase.
If you are not happy with your item or size and opt to get another one in exchange, send it our way and we will take care of it.

All items shipped within the U.S. are shipped via UPS, or USPS. Once a purchase is made, customers will recieve a tracking number with estimated delivery time. Once recieved a tracking number, you may track your package by going to UPS.com or USPS.com.
